how do i transfer the file on my zen nano mp3 player and get them to upload in media player so i ccan burn them to a cd?
Try again
You may have to reinstall Media Player. Go to Microsoft's website and download the latest version of Windows Media player and install it. This will fix it.
To sync music from your PC to your Zen device, first ensure you have the necessary software installed, such as Creative's Media Explorer or Windows Media Player. Connect your Zen device to your PC using a USB cable. Open the software, select the music files you want to transfer, and drag them to your Zen device in the software interface. Once the transfer is complete, safely eject your Zen to enjoy your music.

No, you cannot put a SIM card in a Zen player. Zen players, such as the Creative Zen series, are portable media players designed primarily for playing music and videos, and they do not have cellular capabilities. They typically use USB or other connections for data transfer and do not support mobile network features that require a SIM card.
When you watch your clip... Are you watching it with VLC Media player? If you are you need to open up the clip with a different media player.
try uninstalling and then reinstalling it or try updating the player.
Push and hold the reset button

Open windows Media Player with Zen V Plus connected, click on Sync at top (I have Windows Media Player 11), on left side double click My Zen, click on Playlists. If you add your songs/audiobooks by creating a playlist and then synch the playlist, you should be able to right-click the Playlist and choose Delete. Make sure you choose Delete the playlist and it's contents - then click OK. If you do not add items by creating Playlists, you will have to explore everything under My Zen and delete each item referencing the song/audiobook you want to remove. Hope this helps, rv
