There are two ways to flag a question on WikiAnswers. You can click on the report abuse button below the question or you can click on "flag" in the blue toolbar at the left of the screen. This will bring up a box that lets you select why you are flagging the question or answer.

There is no way to flag questions for improvement currently on Answers.com. A signed-in member can flag an answered question by using the "Flag" option on the Question tools menu. You can "Report abuse" on questions that don't have answers but you shouldn't use that tool just for flagging something as not good enough.

The "one-sided" flag refers to an answer that is biased toward one view-point, usually when the question asks for multiple opinions.

Why can't you flag a question on WikiAnswers?
Only answers can be flagged for improvement such as spelling or grammar clean-up. If a question is offensive, the fastest solution is to contact a WikiAnswers Supervisor by posting on the Report Vandalism and Abuse board of the Community Forum. You can also use the 'report abuse' button which is just above the question. Of course, you must be logged in and be a user in good standing to be able to flag a question.

Yes, you can. Please click on the "report abuse" button and check off the pertinent reasons for the flagging.
Why doesn't WikiAnswers have a trolling or spamming flag?
WikiAnswers does have what we call flagged questions. You can flag a question by clicking on the red "Report Abuse". Then select the category you want(Ex: inappropriate) and then click OK. These questions are then soon fixed by supervisors and other people and then fix and delete the flag. The link below has a list of all the flagged questions.
