If you buy their more expensive products (in other words, those typically found at prices greater than $50.00 list) I'd say they're very good. I bought an Armitron digital/analog watch in the early '90's to serve as a back up watch when the batteries would go out no my Seiko (which cost nearly 5 times as much). The Seiko, which was my daily watch for nearly 20 years finally died, but the Armitron is still running. Granted, it hasn't been subjected to the abuse and day to day use the Seiko did, but the fact that it's kept running, needing only battery replacements and no servicing says something. The watch also keeps very accurate time, losing about 5 seconds/month. This back up Armitron that I bought originally listed for $59.95, but it was a close out when I bought it and got it for $39.95. I had another Armitron prior to the Seiko and the later "back up" Armitron, and it was great as well .... until it fell into the Atlantic Ocean (hardly Armitron's fault!!). I wouldn't hesitate to buy one of their better quality pieces at all.
Flip and wave.
You practice until you get it right.
A 'Flip Tax' appears to be a co-op-centric notion -- which is not really a 'tax', where according to Wikipedia: "It is a transfer fee payable upon the sale of an apartment to the co-op." There does not appear to be a standard. The Wikipedia entry lists five types of flip taxes paid when owners 'leave the building'. Your co-op board will help you understand which date is involved in their calculation of the flip tax in your case, and which type of flip tax is being charged. You can read more, below.
Modern day flip flops were made by the Japanese and became popular after World War ll. The soldiers brought the flip flops back with them. In ancient times, the Egyptians wore sandals that looked like flip flops.
Well Same thing for every flip, If You drop your flip on the ground a few times or hit it HARD against something then your flip well just turn off and it wont turn on again ever which means, you just broke your flip. But somehow my cousin dropped his on a rock and then it wouldn't turn on for a long time, then one day its just turned on. so its like a little break fro you flip camera. p.s even if you charge you flip for all day and it still wont turn on. MAKE SURE YOU CALL THE COMPANY OR EMAIL! if not, you just ruined your flip forever
