3.) hop up to the top as far as you can go
4.) jump and hang on the rope
5.) get outside the windmill
6.) hop on the propeller things in such a manner that it rotates counterclockwise
7.) hop up on top of the wind mill
8.) go inside the hatch
9.) inside you'll see a hovercraft looking thing, go to your inventory and click the USE button
10.) get outside and go to the mud, it will be there, hop on and go!
