There are 4 ways to make Devil Jin Fly in Tekken 6.
Fist is the laser grab. Press arrow key forward, back, down, forward + LP+RP.
Second one is press RK+LK. In this move, he will only fly but will not execute an attack unless you press a command like LK.
The third one is side step + RP. This move is like an uppercut but Devil Jin will fly and hit with a laser if you press up arrow + RP upon impact of the uppercut.
The last one is forward. down forward + LP. This is like the third one, to make him fly press arrow forward.
