Take multivitamins daily. Eat nutritious food like fruits and vegetable. Have a good night sleep. Drink plenty of water. Avoid vices like cigarettes, drugs and too much alchohol. Exercise often. And live a healthy and happy life. And soon you'll gain weight.


And consume more carbohydrates that found in rice .. eat more rice, on that thing you will gain weight more faster .. Take in more calories. ie: Eat more food.

Try to avoid trans-fatty foods because they will make you gain fat, obviously.

Eat lots of protein and use weight training to build muscle. You want to focus on maximum weight, so that you max out at about 13-14 reps for maximum muscle gain.
