If you have to play the role of a fat lady or an obese man in a play, you must start eating foods containing abundance of fats and calories like cheese, butter, sweets, chocolates and reduce the amount of physical and well as mental work done by you . like washing your own utensils or cooking and cleaning the house, working at the office etc. take very liitle tension and be cool . sleeping hours must be increased and start being dependant for a while. u can even take seroeds and other such medicines to gain weight.
