How do you get 6-pack abs in one week?

I want to lose 5 lbs this week and I was wondering if carb loading and doing 100 sit-ups each day of the week for one week will make me start to get abs?

You can't. It's physically impossible. You have to do abdominal training for at least a few weeks, probably 4 or more. A month is more realistic. This is also assuming that you don't have any belly fat. Working your abdominals does not reduce belly fat in that area, making you have abs underneath your fat.
Getting abs is all about burning body fat covering your abdominal muscles. Body fat and calories are burned through cardio exercises.
