i guess you could do the item cloning glith 999 times, catch 999 Pokemon, give the 999, rare candies to the 999 Pokemon, then transfer the 999 Pokemon holding the 999 rare candies.
basically, you cant.

∙ 12y agoyou need to catch a pikachu in a dive ball, then give it a masterball to hold and release it, save, then soft reset and then you will have 999 rare candies in you bag.
