All you have to do is go to the ruin maniac cave in route 214,valor lakefront,route 213 As soon as you show him all the unowns in the region,he will leave giving you the chance to dig underground, If u keep digging in a straight line from 4 o clock to 9 o clock pm ,you will have 88 rare candys.....but not 99 im affraid

Ok, have a Pokemon (preferably ledgendary or powerful) hold a rare candy. Then make another Pokemon hold another rare candy. Deposit both Pokemon in any box except 6. Then switch boxes to boxes to box 6 (Remember, keep this box EMPTY!!!!). When it says you have to save to swith boxes, and says, "SAVING....DON'T TURN OFF THE POWER.", turn it off when the whole thing has been typed. (In other words, turn it off while it's saving.) Turn it on again, and you should have the two Pokemon you put in the box, or the duplicates. In the box you put them in (Not box 6) you should have two more of them holding rare candies. Now repeat the process tons of times, until you have 99 rare candies.
