Most Morphing Potions (especially those of LE and Restricted Neopets) are coveted by restockers, so be very quick if you see the Morphing Potion you want as most of the UB ones sell like hotcakes.
Alternatively, you can get one off the Trading Post. Standard TP price for a Blue Chomby MP is 240,000 NP (as of 10/31/2014 according to Jellyneo's Item Database).
