To get the pen for Charlie Brown in Poptropica, you need to retrieve the pen from the map in Great Pumpkin Island. First, find Lucy's psychiatric booth and talk to her. She will ask you to find Linus, who is sitting outside the school. Linus will give you the map with the pen on it.
