Install mobile uncle tools, go to Engineering mode/Engineer Mode MTK/scroll down to SIM ME Lock, click on each line in turn and select full unlock. Come out of this app and go into phone settings, go into carrier and look for available networks, once scanned you will get all networks with the 3g option
