first you have to go to snowpoint city and continue on to acuity lakefront. from there u must use dig to get to the water. surf until u get to an island called naval rock. when u get there u can also choose between a ho-oh or lugia. go rite 4 lugia and left 4 ho-oh, i suggest u bring at least 60 ultra balls if u already wasted ur master ball on something stupid. u do not need a cheat because this works, i have tryed it myself.Good Luck :)
