First of all you go into the garden with all the boo's inside of it and take down the boo with the cage inside of it. Next if you don't have the stairsdo the following: click on go on a ghost hunt and find all the boo's and kill them and then battle big boo (He is not the hardest repeat: HE IS NOT THE HARDEST!)Go back to the cage after you defeated big boo go back and go up the new and improved stairs and go to thee room on the right hand corner and get the poer flower and fly up on the platform and go into the door and go into the painting. Steps to defeat the maze: First go to the door on the right and then the left antd then the right and then the left or right (Watch the video for the EXACT way) and then go up the platforms and go into the hole and good luck beating KING BOO!(The one like in mariokart for gamecube) WARNING: This creature was trained by a high professional evil man, defeat him with all your luck!

Sadly you can not get Luigi on Super Mario 64. Unless you have it for D.S then you get Luigi after you beat his boss and use his key to open his door.
