Yeah You do but it is only on the Moon Map but an update has put it on Kino Der Toten it is located right next to the door before the speed cola room

Because it was the perk on the last map pack for Black Ops and Call of Duty wanted all the maps to have the last perk. Which was weird because they didn't put the other, slightly older ones on all the maps aswell.
