How do you get Pokemon in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon explorers of darkness?

In Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Darkness or Time, you are not a human trainer, you are a Pokemon... Depending on what you answer on what it asks you...And what presure you put on the screen. I was a skitty and when i defeated a Pokemon, it said...lets use skourpi as an exaple... it said skourpi would like to join your team and then it'll ask yes or no...if no then the Pokemon dissapears..if yes the Pokemon either gos to the guild place if team is full...if not then the Pokemon will follow you with a yellow ring underneath it...i hope this helped and aka im 11 really i am
