Go to Lavender Town's Radio Tower in Kanto and the manager will give you a upgrade too you radio for saving the Radio Tower in Goldenrod City. Then travel too the Snorlax (Save if your planning too capture it) and Go to the radio in your menu and put the dot knob thingy (the dot idk...) to the top of the screen and it'll play a lullaby awakening Snorlax and it'll attack you. It will have Rollout, Block, Rest and Snore and be at level 50. The best way too capture it is by using Curt (Creates Pokeballs with Apricons in Azelea Town) too make a few heavy balls if you are planning on capturing it. I also recommend you having a Pokemon too use "Worry Seed" on Snorlax, Rest can really interfere.
