What the person said on top is NOT true. You can get one from your Pokewalker. It is located in Quiet Cave. Quiet Cave is unlocked with 100,000 watts. Once you have Quiet Cave, you need to walk 10,000 steps or more for a chance for a Spiritomb to appear.
You can also migrate/transfer it from another game if you have it.
