well first you should probablly drain all of the gas out of the tank and put fresh gas in it then make sure your air filter is clean and you should probablly change the plugs ngk spark plugs are usually like 2.50 each then make sure your battery is charged and i would change the oil and filter then try and start it if it starts but runs rough it may be possible to ride it and it should smooth out but if it is too rough and wont smooth out after running for a while then you may need to service your carborators which can be tricky i work at a bike shop acmemotorcycles.com its in North Carolina if you want call me down there my name is Cullen 828-628-0058 is the shop number i can explain more over the phone but usually after sitting all winter a good tune up is good to get ready for the riding season and always check your tires and pressure before you go riding since it has been sitting all winter the air pressure is probablly a little low and use the reccomended tire pressure on the tire not what is in your owners manual because the book doesnt know what tires are on your bike but give me a call be glad to hear from you and help out im there Tuesday through Saturday from nine to six
