At the hardware store you can find a 3/8" dowell. Use it from the muzzle end to tap the shell out. Needless to say... don't hurt yourself. Depending on the refund policy at the store, you might be able to return the dowel, but you'd better keep it. If you did it once, you are apt to do it again.
