If you lost the Golden Mask you got from Zero Isle North, it won't reappear, you would have to cheat and use a Wondermail S code from a generator (it is a cheat because you are creating a code that would never be given naturally).
Or you could clear Zero Isle East and get the Amber Tear, which does the same thing.
