There are no Lamborghinis in GTA3, but there are cars that are somewhat similar-looking. These two cars are called Cheetah and Infernus and are both readily availible after you've progressed through the game to the point at which you are able to reach the second island (Staunton Island). The first street you come a cross is usually filled with one or two of these cars, and if this is not the case, they can always be found if you cruise along the road to the left and stay in the area around there.
