it may be in sinnoh. rhydon can be gotten by evolving your rhyhorn on your gameboy games. first see all 150 Pokemon in sinnoh . talk to rowan. go to pal park. transfer your rhydon (WITHOUT HM MOVES LEARNED!) then u get rhydon.
