Same way as you put on any clincher tire. Hook one section over the sidewall of the rim, then work your way up with one hand on each side until you've got it all in place. www.bicycletutor.com will probably have a video on how to do it.

First, take the wheel off. Do this by unscrewing the bolt (or the quick release), and push the wheel down and out to get the chain off of the gears. Then, put on the tire.
