You can go to http://www.profilerehab.com They are my favorite layout site. They have really unique designs and they have no pop-ups. Once you get a layout from there follow the instructions on the layout page for putting into your myspace. They have instructions for how to put in a 1.0 and 2.0 myspace layout on every layout page.
you go to a layout website i.e free-myspace-layouts.com (i don't know if that's how its written) and look for a layout(background) that you like
you go under it (or next to it) and copy the "embedded code" and paste it in your about me section before anything else
