How do you get a best friend if you are homeschooled and there are no kids in your neighborhood?

Pick a Hobie, if you like dancing go to a dance class, or singing or if you like animals ask your mom to join you in 4-h. I found my BFF in Dog 4-h. there is not just dog 4-h, there's cat, dog, chicken, bunny,cow, hores, and even fish 4-h! :D.
