(1) Relieve the pressure in the fuel system by opening up the gas tank filler cap and opening the fuel line at the fuel filter by loosening the banjo bolt. (2) Place towels around the filter and remove the banjo bolt and unscrew the threaded fitting. Remove the clamp bolt and lift the filter out of the engine compartment. Re-installation is the reverse of removal.
