Well this is such a broad topic... Stop bathing; eat only Mexican food and DO NOT take any antacids; disagree with everything the other person says and explain to them why they are so very wrong; retract your statements shortly after and change your position; abuse them physically, verbally, and emotionally; mock the things they hold near and dear to them; etc, etc...
