Concealing your interest is probably the wrong strategy. Everyone likes to be liked! But you don't have to come right out and say "I like you" if that's too embarrassing or you are unsure of his reaction. Start by saying things such as "I like your shirt" or "I like what you said in class today." Don't tell him you like him, tell him things you like about him. Then, hopefully, one thing will lead to another.
