Hello, I have owned and paid off my Ford Explorer for over 10 years now.
I believe that I never received my pink slip. How do I go about getting a copy of it?
I am in the process of selling my vehicle and believe that I need this. Please advise.

It's illegal for anybody to acquire a copy of your credit report and not provide you a copy of the report, especially if you've paid for it. It's a federal law. The Fair Credit Reporting Act. They may refer you to the company that provided the broker the copy so you can receive your copy, but you are entitled to a copy by federal law.
All credit bureaus are required to provide a free copy of your credit report. Their websites should give instructions on how to do this. If you have been denied credit you can also obtain a copy. When reviewing the copy look for any inconsistency or lateness that did not occur and dispute it with the bureau. It can be time consuming, but things can normally get resolved.

When you obtain a copy of your credit report, look on the back of it where instructions tell you how to submit a dispute. Your local auto parts store or Ford dealership can get you a copy of the timing schematics for a 2002 Ford Focus 2.0. You can also contact the Ford company to get a copy of the schematics.
