How? Buy a booster pack and cross your fingers...it's all luck in the end. If you don't want to waste your money and buy a bunch of boosters, just buy it as a single either online (shuffle and cut or toad and troll) or from a card shop where you live. The chances of you actually pulling it are low (super rare) and you'll probably not get it even if you buy a lot of boosters. You'll spend less money by buying it alone. I rarely buy booster packs because I never get what I need for my deck. It's found in the World Championship 2007 set.
