Yes, you do have to have a Litter License to breed on FooPets. One Litter License is good for 1 pet only, and for 1 breeding only.
Are they cheats for foopets to get a free litter license?
No obviously you have to use your own fd to buy your LL a full 100fd. You can buy it from another member for foogems or maybe even cheaper fd. Or you can look on the forums to see if you can enter a contest for a free litter license. So no there is no "cheat" but there are other ways to get LLs.
Can you lose your litter license on foopets?
You can lose your Litter License if the following occurs:1) You're a horrible pet owner and you neglect your puppies and the mother while they're weaning. If this happens, the consequences are severe. They'll take ALL the puppies away from you on your side of the litter, AND the mother. If you have the father, they'll take all the puppies on your side of the litter. After that you'll get whatever litter licenses you have on your account revoked (taken away from you), and you'll be suspended from breeding for a certain time frame, until you learn some respect for virtual pets and what the responsibility is that comes with breeding them.2) You lose your Litter License when you breed. Only 1 breeding session per license. If you breed your pet, you've spent your LL. You'll need to buy another Litter License if you want to breed again.3) You lose your Litter License if you sell it in the FooMart (obviously)4) You lose your Litter License if you delete your account (obviously)5) You lose your Litter License if you gift it to another member (obviously)

How do you get a free foopet?
You have two options. 1. You can join FooPets and you get a free FooPet. 2. You do a trade for a FooPet. You find somone who will accept FooGems insted of FooDollars. You then put an item for sale for 20FD. The person with the FooPet then puts something up for how ever many FooGems you're offering. You buy that item and they buy your item. You can then buy their pet. Make sure you're friends, so you can send the items you bought back to each other. elementclan24 =^.^= P.S.(look me up on FooPets by searching for a friend!)
How do you play with your foopet?
To play with a FooPet, you can either a) Interact with it with the buttons such as 'Frisbee', 'Ball', "Feed', and 'Water', or by petting it with your cursor, or b) Click the InstaCare button, which will automatically care entirely for the pet (playing with a toy, taking a dog for a walk/cleaning a cat's litter box, feeding & watering, and petting). However, this is a feature for paying members only. There is also other things to do with your pet, such as buy more, sell one, or breed (to do this, you must purchase a Litter License - two if you wish to breed with yourself - and select a breeding partner. It takes about two weeks). But that's getting in to too much detail - the basics were listed in the first paragraph.
