first, it's giratina. second, you have to beat all the gyms except for sunyshore city. then, sneak into the team galactic headquarters. It's in veilstone city. Make sure to always pick up an item because one of the item's is a galactic key, which opens every single locked door. Eventually you'll find a huge gathering of galactic grunts in one room with Cyrus talking. when they leave, go up to were Cyrus is, talk to him and he'll say he's going to the peak of MT coronet, which is spear pillar. then you go in one of the rooms and set uxie,azelf,and mesprit free. then climb mt coronet and if you find the right path, you'll arrive at spear pillar. Cyrus will then open a portal to the distortion world so jump in. it's pretty confusing down there, but just relax and you'll make it through. Cyrus will, be there and he wants to battle you. but right before Cynthia shows up and fully heals all your Pokemon. when you beat him he'll give you a master ball, and after that giratina will appear, use the master ball, and boom you just caught giratina. hope this helped!
