its simple actually you just have to go to viridian city walk around

alot and i mean alot so anyways you need all badges to catch it

here is an acc with all badges and a golden membership beware

its constantly used i bumped into giratina twice and someone traded all

pokes except 1 =( 1! and so when you catch it you can put it up for trade

to your own acc
