Well, the best way to start is to talk to her, if you do that then she'll get to know you and feel more comfortable around you. Then after a while begin flirting and see if she flirts back, if she does there's a good chance she likes you back. if you're still unsure maybe ask her friend. After this stage it is the best time to ask her, don't do it in person if you're not confident. yes it's sweet but at the same time can be awkward. So maybe over the phone, text or msn. If she says can I think about it let her, sometimes you need to to think about what you want before rushing into saying yes. Give her all the time she needs and hopefully she'll say yes, even if it takes a while :) x
