well coming from a girl you i'd say see what she likes if you gotta be able to have a converrsation with her! But dont just go along with everything she says justbecause you think thats what she wants to hear- you have to be able to stay true to yourself but still not just be all like oh yeah i love 1d (not all girls do but most of em just as an example) otherwise she'll either (a) realise you like her or (b) be bored with the convesation and she may even think your gay (no affense its just something that happened to my friend lol)
also it depends on what the girls like if shes shy dont come on as strong as you would with a girl that isnt. itll take time so you have to be patient. Also it kinda depends if she's natrually just a flirt cause thats how she is or if shes just
