How do you get a glitch in black ops zombies?

In kino der toten, one player goes prone in a corner then another player dives on them, you will both get "downed" and hear a girl laughing, this glitch will make Zombies drop WAY more power ups, hope this helps

The above answer is not a glitch. It was put into the game on purpose. Most of the glitches have been patched. Although on Ascension, have a friend take the lunar lander near PHD flopper and then stand on the edge of it and when your above something where zombies cant reach you jump off onto there.
