If you mean the heart cut for the rocks, you have to keep getting rocks cut until that's available...
You can get it from a consignment store( i think that's what its called ) This is a store where inventors and gardners can sell their stuff... go up to a guy or girl at the register click on them and click Buy, then a list of what u can buy will pop up and i believe if u go to the bottom of the list it will show pink diamonds in a heart shape cut... but i will warn you that its about 7,500( in sim dollars ) but i believe its worth it because then you don't have to find the other rare gems then send the pink diamond to get the heart shape cut... this is the only easy way i know how to get it...
For people who don't know how to get the cheat menu you push shift+control+C and a box will appear in the top corner of the computer screen...
Oh and if you need some money for your sims you can type in mothelode or familyFunds type in the last name for the family and then the amount you want. Example familyFunds Brown 999999999 then hit enter... ooh and i almost forgot to mention that before you type familyFunds code in you first need to type in testingcheatsEnabled true... oh and these cheats are only for the PC game for The Sims 3...

First, you have to find all 10 types of gems in the base game in order to unlock the heart-shape cut. The last of the 10 gems you are likely to find is the Pink Diamond. Click on the Pink Diamond, then "Get Cut..." and finally "Heart-Shaped Cut." Get the mail the next day and turn the "Heart-Shaped Cut Pink Diamond" in.
