I was wondering the same thing. It can have many different factors. For example, it all depends on the wind direction and how hard you hit the ball. I find it more easily to hit a hole in one on Hole 2 on the "9-hole-game mode" because the distance isn't too far and if the wind measures in a "0", then you're even luckier! Hope this helps....again, there's no real way to do it, well with cheats, but really, wind speed, how hard you hit and what position you're hitting affects it, bottom line.
