Its not easy to explain but i will try i have done it before twice. when you speek to the person who sells the house you got to have enough money to pey for it then when the option comes to hand over the money for the key acivate the option to hand over the money then just after pressing the speach leave the conversation you have about 2-5 seconds before he takes your money before he takes the money place all you gold in a container wait for him to hand over the key the go back to the container and collect your gold.
