1st u go to saffron city and then go to a pink house in the city. in the pink house u will see a blissley { a Pokemon}. and u will see a couple old geezers. when u enter the house go to the stairs and talk to a girl there. she will probably say something about a lost doll in vermillion city. u will go to vermillion city and go to a weird lookin greenish house. but make sure to look at the sign to see if its the rite house. talk to the fat guy in the house he will feel sorry for the little girl and give you the doll! when u exit the house with the fat guy a man named steven will appear. he will tell u about latios and show u a picture.

then after steven goes away u will look at the map on the pokegear and see a picture of latios. good luck!!!!!!! latios is on lv. 35 so have a lv. 32 or 33 Pokemon with u.
