Yes, you can get Bad Credit Loan. A bad credit history is like having contracted an infectious disease. At least this is what most lenders perceive. Any requests for personal loans by people with a bad credit history are generally declined.
No! never put money information on the internet. there are thousands of computer hackers out there that are just looking for credit card numbers that are loaded with cash. When they find it they will spend every penny of it on whatever they want.
It will lower the score and stay on your report for 7 years. But if you are lower than 600 credit score, lenders already consider you a bad risk, so it won't make much difference.
NO
Checks and Balances are something used between the 3 Branches of Goverment. To agree on something.
There is a great selection of checks at www.checksunlimited.com.
I'm really not sure what your getting at....while you maynot be able to be garnished for credit CARD debt in TX, (you can be for many other types of credit debt)....garnishment is not the only, or even the preferred method of a creditor to get payment. Once a judgment is granted, there are many other things they can and will do...including liening and attaching/seizing other property. You really don't think society, the law or the major banks/institutions that rely and can influence the systems are going to make it, (because your a Texan), that you can just be a dead beat liar and ignore or not pay your sworn, legal obligations and yet go happily on your way do you? Does that even make any possible sense to you?
Your best chance for obtaining a new mortgage loan will be with your current lender. They are already aware of your dedication to your obligations and may be more willing to work with your bad credit rating.
no you dont say
Accepting checks is very important to some businesses and not important at all to others. Business to business, you must accept checks. Taking checks by mail, checks by phone, checks by fax or via online payment form or shopping cart is very valuable. Business to consumer, sometimes checks just are not needed. Consumers have a debit card or credit card and the money is almost always good when they pay by card - but at places like a grocery store, department store, or super-store will lose lots of customers by not accepting checks. A diner, corner shop, pizza delivery place or movie theater would have no need for taking checks. An auto parts dealer, insurance agency, or other billing oriented business like doctor's offices and dentists really do need to accept checks.
It is a check drawn on your credit card just like any other check you write, except that it is considered a cash advance by your credit company, and interest begins to acrue immediately. You cannot write more convenience checks than the amount of credit you have left on your card. It is a really bad way of using your credit card. Expensive and dangerous. The credit card company sends them out with each statement. I had my mail stolen once, and the thief wrote convenience checks all over town on my card. I did not have to pay for the stolen credit, but it was no easy task to get the paperwork completed. It is in the best interests of the credit card company to have you use them, because the interest starts immediately, and at the highest possible rate. It is not in YOUR best interests, however, and therefore cannot be called convenient by any stretch of the imagination!
Laser checks are good for businesses because they are easier to make sure that it's not forged or faked. You should use laser checks with your company if it is really large.
"Credit Union Loans are usually really competitive, so it may be really hard to actually get a Credit Union Loan unless you have a superb credit history."
