I do not Know how to get Manaphy with cheating, but I do know how to get it without cheating. First you will need: A Pokemon that knows Surf, acess to Cinnabar Island, A super Rod, and a MasterBall. Now go to Cinnabar Island and Run directly south of the Gym sign and surf to the rock in front. Next turn left and use the Super Rod alot and Manaphy should appear. It is level 100 so that's why you need a MasterBall.This only works with LeafGreen/FireRed V1.1
