Drag your cursor over "Profile", then click on "My Job". You should be able to do it from there! Or, if you want to switch your job, just click on the "Switch my job" button and you should be able to do it from there. Note, to switch your job, you must have just passed another Riding Level to get a new kind of job.

I am not sure by what you mean by renew. But if you mean extending your contract, you cannot do anything. The person who hired you must send a request. If you mean get a job at a new place, go to the job page.
