Nyx's star is a BM item that allows your horse to wake up at 6:00 AM instead of 8:00 AM (GMT). You can only get the Nyx's Star buy buying the Nyx Pack for 6 passes. Or exchange it with the newly equipped "Pegasus Account." ;)

you may simply find them on a random page on Howrse. There are no certain places for a snowball to hide, but they will just show up anywhere. You have to have some luck to find them. Personally, my favourites are, the horn of plentys, morpheus' arms, and chrono's timer, but it depends on what kind of player you are. If you want money or material things, HOPs are the best, if you enjoy breeding-Hera packs, and if you want to train your horse to be the best, I'd say the Nyx pack
