well, at our school, we all hang out but you could give him a call about homework (not) =] or you could, if you have dances, ask him if he wants to dance.
Make sure to find out what his biggest hobbies are. Not just the stuff he fronts to be cool (popular kids in schools usually tend to fib a little about what they truly enjoy during their free time), but what he really enjoys. Maybe he secretly is a member of the World of Warcraft or maybe he loves shopping! Find out what his true hobbies are and show that you're a really cool girl who likes those things too and you're set!
OK, this might not work for some, it did for me but any way....he might like you already, here are some signs, eye contact: If he stares at you alot, Teasing: If he teases you or if his friends tease you,there alot more but i couln't be botherd to write them out. It's on youtube look up "10 ways to know if a guy likes you" and pick a video. You could try become on of his friends' friend (most likely a girl) , and work your way up, you could make yourself noticeable eg. make up, fashionable clothes ... etc then you could get one of your friends to ask him out for you. If none of them work, you could be really brave, walk right up to him, say ...something like "hi, what football team do you support?" and if he reacts weirldy save yourself by telling him it was a dare.. hopefull then you can get talking and hey presto!! If even that doesn't work just make yourself popular eg., get into the new fashion, wear make up, don't be a goody goody in class, be the class clown, make people like you that kinda stuff then word will/should spread that you are cool more people willl want to talk to you and be your friend and soon enough he will start talking to you, or you could just do the honest option and ... be yourself
