How do you get a preteen girl to kiss you?

Well if you want someone to kiss you at a young age you should get to know that person first. If you already know that person and they know you then you should see if that person likes you back. Then if they do you should go out with that person. If they don't like you back don't feel bad just move on to someone else. Not everyone is going to like you just because you like them.
