Just Make SUre Youu Havee All The Right Skill Points (A Flashing Light Will Appear On The Skill Youu Need And How Many) And Make Sure You Have Enough Friends That Youu Need For The Next Promotion. Its Really Easy To Make Friends , Im Sure You Know How To But Heres Some Tips For Skills And Friends
Friends:-Do A Lot Of Talking, Make Sure Both Relationships Are Over 55.
Skills:- Cooking,Books/Stoves...Cleaning-Books/Cleaning Around The House...Logic-Chess Tablee,Telescope...Body-Running Machine,Anything That You Would Have In A Gym....Mech(Mechanical)-Books,Fixing Appliances Such As Sinks,Machines Etc...Charisma-Mirrors,Talking On Mics...Creative-Easels,Making Things Like Vases Etc ..Well I thinkk Thatss Enoughh Loll ,, Hopee Thiss Helpedd :)

∙ 14y agoThere are cheats to get a promotion on sims 2. On sims 2 you:
1. get up the cheat bar (Ctrl shift c).
2. type in the boolprop cheat (boolprop testingcheatsenabled true <-- like that exactly)
3. Shift+Click on the newspaper.
4. Click 'set job level to'.
5. Set it to whatever level you want! Level 10 is highest.
If its for Sims 1 make sure your Sim goes to work in a happy mood and the mood bars are all in the green. Also make sure you have the necessary skills and number of friends too!

∙ 12y agoI don't there is a cheat code specifically to get sims promoted, however, there are lots of ways using cheats to get your sims promoted or get to any level of work you want them! First, bring up the cheat bar (Ctrl, shift, C) then type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" (without speech marks). Then if you hold down shift and click the newspaper, you can go to "Set job level" and you can set it from level 1-10! You can also get your sims into any job you want by going to "Adult jobs" and choosing from there. Alternatively, you could just enter the cheat code, go to the neighbourhood, then re-enter your family. If there is a code in the top right-hand corner, you're in debug mode. This is good. From here, you can drag your sims needs up and down, their skills, sims relatonships (note: won't work properly if you don't do it with both sims. To make a new friend for work, shift then click a random sim, then select "MAKE SELECTABLE". You can now drag their relationship with your sim up and down), and also if you have Freetime you can drag hobby enthusiasum up and down! Hope this helped :)
