Since coatings refract light differently (tint), results will be determined by the depth and width of the scratch and tint of the coating. I have listed a good source for a scratch filler, called Scratch Pro, which fills in and protects against light abrasions/fuzzy marks. You can also do a search online using the plus symbol in front of fix and scratch and then add the item you want to fix. For example: +fix +scratch (item to be fixed). Or +LCD +scratch +repair etc.

∙ 13y agoJust try to polish the lens with a lens cloth and then take a picture with the camera. After that look at the photo carefully to see if the lens damage affected the image. Take a thin permanent marker and carefully fill in the scratch with ink. Then immediately wipe off any excess ink with a lens cloth. Look at the lens to make sure there is no ink outside of the scratch. The black ink will stop the scratch from introducing glare and will probably fix any problems with the image. Consider getting a new lens or putting up with the defect if the image still looks flawed. If the camera lenses have delicate so trying to polish out the damage with an abrasive will most likely just rub off the coating and make the problem worse.
